She is a leader among her peers, and an educator to other health professionals.
Therese has a personal and professional passion for the gym, pilates (clinical and mat), and rehabilitation strength and conditioning – she is well equipped when it comes to designing rehabilitation and performance programs for her clients! Her main professional interests are treating headaches and migraines, working with women’s health clients, hip dysplasia, hyper mobile / flexible clients, and lower back pain.
Therese enjoys the hands-on side of Physiotherapy. This includes deep tissue massage, active release therapy (ART), fire cupping, dry needling, electro-dry needling, joint mobilisations, spinal and extremity adjustments, and scraping (IASTM).
Therese thoroughly believes that Physiotherapy is not complete with exercise alone, but by hybridising accurate injury diagnosis, hands-on manual therapy, and designing individualised strength and conditioning rehabilitation and performance programs.
