Celebrate the wins

Celebrate the wins

You may have noticed I’m sharing stuff that isn’t related to Physiotherapy directly. Tbh, I find great joy in helping people achieve their goals in what ever area they choose. Whether that’s to become pain free, to score personal best lifts in the gym, to play with their children pain free, to getting a job that they may not have thought they would have got.

Your words are powerful. Surround yourself with the best kinds of people and watch your view of yourself change. You’ll no longer speak poorly to yourself, you’ll no longer be capped by the mould of your world, you will become great and man when that happens, watch your life change.

One of the best places where I’ve had life spoken into me is through podcasts and speakers. Here’s a list of the people who helped me become a better version of myself:

Ben is the founder and Head Physiotherapist at Results Based Physiotherapy. He uses a wide range of manual therapy techniques to facilitate the healing process, and reduce pain with his clients because he understands that training and doing rehabilitation while in pain is not the solution to recovering well.
